Understanding Culture, Systems and Risk
I conduct in-depth organisational audits that combine documentary review, qualitative and quantitative analysis to assess how culture, leadership and systems operate in practice.
This includes exploring dynamics related to gender, race and ethnicity, disability, age and other lived experiences — as well as broader organisational behaviours and power structures.
As an external advisor, I create a space where people can share more openly, enabling a more accurate and nuanced understanding of your organisation.
Value & Outcomes
A comprehensive and honest picture
Develop a clear, evidence-based understanding of your organisation’s strengths, challenges, risks and opportunities — across culture, leadership and systems.Deeper insight through an independent perspective
Access insights that are often difficult to surface internally, as people tend to share more openly with an external advisor.Stronger foundations for strategy and action
Ensure that future priorities and interventions are grounded in real organisational needs, rather than assumptions.Clear outputs to support decision-making
Receive a detailed audit report with prioritised, practical recommendations, which can be translated into a strategy and action plan. Where relevant, findings can also be integrated into wider ESG, CSRD or GRI frameworks.
Why Gender Rise?

Culture Audits & ESG Advisory
“Yael led our first gender audit for a global tech organisation, combining stakeholder engagement, qualitative research and data-driven analysis to build a clear picture of our culture, progress and challenges. Her insights were instrumental in shaping our strategy and next steps, and she worked closely with us to ensure complex findings were understood and taken forward at senior leadership level. I would highly recommend Yael to any organisation serious about advancing gender equity.”
