From Data to Informed Decision-Making

I support organisations to move beyond fragmented or unclear data and develop a meaningful, joined-up understanding of how their organisation operates in practice.

This involves identifying what truly matters to measure, analysing existing data through a cultural and structural lens, and uncovering patterns that are often hidden or overlooked. Rather than focusing on data for its own sake, the aim is to generate insight that is directly relevant to leadership, culture and decision-making.

Where needed, I also support the development of practical tools — such as dashboards or measurement frameworks — that enable organisations to track progress over time, ask better questions, and make more informed, consistent decisions.
